Il progetto prevedeva la ristrutturazione di una superficie complessiva di circa 700 metri quadrati di intervento.Gli uffici si trovano in uno dei punti focali della città, il nord-ovest, un punto di collegamento tra il centro città e il futuro sito di Expo 2015. Gli uffici sono sale riunioni, aree di sosta e oltre 50 posti a sedere: diviso tra esecutivo responsabile delle vendite, back office e posizioni tecniche.La caratteristica principale del progetto è il vetro, un materiale che è stato scelto per consentire agli utenti di godere la vista della città a 360 °.
Il concetto di design gioca sulla completa trasparenza del vetro, inserito in questo spazio, in cui la parete si smaterializza e diventa elemento naturale dove lo spazio esterno diventa parte integrante del progetto.

The design concept plays on a full transparency of the glass, inserted within this space, in which the wall is dematerialized and turns into a natural element where the outer space becomes an integral part of the project.
